Protein aggregation and particle analysis

Micro-Flow Imaging

Protein aggregation and subvisible particle analysis is a breeze with Micro-Flow Imaging (MFI). Not only is MFI more sensitive than traditional techniques, it also lets you discriminate between protein aggregates and other particulates. MFI systems give you info on both size and count, but they also take images—so you'll actually be able to see your sub-visible particles too. Because you'll now have info on their morphology, you'll know exactly what they are—silicone oil, air bubble, protein aggregate or something else. You can't do that with standard light obscuration!
