Cartridge Kits

The new HT Cartridge analyzes samples in 10 minutes with comparable results to the original FC (cIEF) Cartridge, and eliminates the need for methyl cellulose in sample mixtures. The original FC Cartridge requires methyl cellulose in both the rinse and sample solutions.

Chemical Test Kits

Designed to confirm the overall performance of iCE systems on three separate occasions. Kits are available for both the FC and HT cartridges.

P-0000033-00	HT Cartridge Chemical Test Kit. The kit contains anolyte, catholyte, 0.5% methyl cellulose, a hemoglobin stock solution and three vials of a standard solution composed of carrier ampholytes and pI markers in deionized water.

Electrolyte Kit

Simplifies system setup with pre-made analytical grade electrolyte solutions. This kit is suitable for both the original FC and the new HT cIEF cartridges.

0.5% Methyl Cellulose Kit

Required for capillary rinsing between injections to minimize electroosmotic flow. This kit is suitable for both the original FC and the new HT cIEF cartridges.

TTM Solution Kits

Accurate transfer time measurements provide reproducible data while minimizing sample consumption. Kits can be used for approximately 150 measurements and are available for both the FC and HT cartridges.

pI Markers

A new series of small molecule pI Markers with assigned pI values, designed to provide consistent and accurate results. The pI Markers may be used for whole-column and single-point capillary isoelectric focusing (cIEF) detection to measure a sample's isoelectric point and to perform quality control of sample analysis. Each pI Marker comes in a vial with 200 µL of stock solution.
