Customers can place orders with ProteinSimple in four convenient ways. For system orders, please refer to the quote terms and conditions to determine the address to fax or mail your purchase order.

Ordering with a Credit Card

Orders can be placed by telephone using a credit card. Additionally, many of our Simple Western, NanoPro, FluorChem and AlphaImager products can be ordered online at shop.proteinsimple.com using a credit card. iCE and MFI products are not available for order online at this time. Online ordering is available for US customers only.

Ordering with a Purchase Order

When using a purchase order, please contact ProteinSimple via telephone, fax or e-mail. Purchase orders should include the following information:

  • Your name, telephone number, and fax number
  • Full invoicing and shipping addresses
  • Purchase order number for tracking purposes
  • ProteinSimple part number
  • Quantity
  • Pricing
  • In Europe, please provide your VAT number
  • Any special requirements
