Sometimes you wish you could do more with your small and precious sample. Sally Sue, our most frugal system can run up to 96 data points in one overnight run with as little as 5 µL of sample. And she can utilize that sample to the max by allowing you to interrogate those few microliters eight times, such as when analyzing an entire cell signaling pathway in a single run. I have too many samples and need higher throughput protein characterization

Our Simple Western systems offer the right throughput for your needs. Sally Sue will process up to 96 data points per run in eight cycles of 12 data points each. Ideal for getting a lot of data in a single run. All the throughput you need with minimum hands-on time.

Sally Sue can analyze an entire cell signaling pathway in a single run. HeLa cells were left untreated or treated with TNFa to stimulate the NF?B signaling pathway. Using only 5 µL/well (1 µg/µL) of either a whole cell lysate (WC) or nuclear extract (NE) from those cells, Sally Sue could quantitate seven different proteins from the pathway plus a loading control (αTubulin).

My current method is not reproducible

How reproducible will your current immunoassay be in analyzing 96 data points? With Sally Sue you get intra-assay CV<15% and inter-assay CV<20%. How's that for reproducibility?

Detection of PI3 Kinase in a serial dilution of HeLa lysate (1000 ng/µL — 37 ng/µL). All eight cycles showed similar results (CV <15%). Linearity of the dilution series (R2=0.989) is maintained even at very low protein concentrations.
